Immigration Reconstruction and Documentation: Our Security Lies in our Fight for the Rights of All
This workshop will address the SPP plans for a North American identification card, that will be used to control who works and where through out the continent. It will look at the SPP aim to have a single North American labor force and the place of the Border Death Wall. Bush chose New Orleans as the site for the SPP Summit in order to say New Orleans is what security and prosperity looks like. We will speak to the government refusal to fund reconstruction and to destroy New Orleans and to the resistance that is the heart of New Orleans. We will also examine work to be effective in strengthening the fight of the workers in all three countries for their rights. Speakers include activists from New York, Canada and New Orleans and presentations from Mexico.
